Puttanesca pasta

Spiga Recipe - Puttanesca Pasta



300 g of penne Spiga
1 can of peeled tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
60 g of tuna
20 g of olives
10 g of capers 
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of harissa
Hot pepper of Cayenne or dried hot pepper
Salt and pepper


  • 15 minutes
  • Easy

Cook the pasta in some boiling and salty water

In a skillet, cook the garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes

Add tomatoes and let simmer another 2 minutes

Add all ingredients except tuna

Add the pasta in the sauce, mix well

Add the tuna at the end, mix and serve
