Spiga Recipe - Pasta Salad



300 g penne Spiga
200 g of rocket
150 g of feta
2 ripe tomatoes 
200 g of black olives
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt pepper

Cook the pasta in boiling water. 

Wash and cut the tomatoes in quarters. Cut the feta into small dices.

Once the pasta is cooked, pass them under cold water, drain.

In a salad bowl, put the pasta, add tomatoes, rocket, feta and olives. Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Mix everything, let cool and serve.
