Spiga Recipe - Chicken and Mushroom Pasta



300 g of farfalle Spiga
200 g of chicken breast
100 g mushrooms
10 g of butter
50 g grated gruyère cheese
2 jars of fresh cream


  • 20 minutes
  • Easy

Cook the pasta in some boiling water

Cut the chicken in pieces and cook it with the mushroom in butter 5 mn

Then add 2 jars of fresh cream, mix

Add the cheese

Incorporate the pasta into the sauce, well mix and serve.
